Pandoro Loison 1938 from Vicenza is a modern classic of this fantastic dessert.

Pandoro and panettone are cakes that are eaten during the Christmas period, but their origin is different: pandoro from Venice and Panettone from Milan.
So also their composition is very different and the ways to eat them; Pandoro is associated with creams, whipped cream, while panettone is usually consumed alone.

In Italy there are pandoro and panettone lovers, and everyone claims that their favorite dessert is the best!
